President and CEO

Adam has been working in the telecom industry since 1991, first exclusively in sales and eventually moving into executive leadership. While navigating the changing landscape of telecom and technology, he was hearing and seeing firsthand the huge gaps in diminishing carrier services being offered to customers due to changing support models.  Out of the desire to bring greater value to his customers, Xela was formed in 2004.  He and his partners, driven by finding solutions and savings, began combing through paper carrier invoices looking for ways to cut wasteful spending.  Nineteen years later, the process looks slightly different (even though he still prefers paper), but the goal is still the same – to bring clarity and understanding to our client’s business surrounding their telecom and technology spend.  Adam is passionate about bringing together the right people from his team, Xela’s clients, and Xela’s carrier partners to ensure that there is a clear understanding of where each client is and where they are going on their strategic telecom roadmap.

Adam uses his love of teaching as a coach and mentor to the employees at Xela, as their success is his success.  While Xela’s success is a huge accomplishment for Adam (his fourth child, as he says), an even larger and more meaningful one for him is being a dad to his three sons who are active members of their community through education, sports, and philanthropy.

Chris McGuigan
Executive Vice President

As one of the founding partners of Xela, Chris’ focus has been on growing a healthy business based upon the values of integrity and honesty as well as fair business dealings.  As a leader and partner at Xela, he seeks to provide value by genuinely helping our business clients as well as taking care of our employees and supporting their career and personal growth.  As a result, he has established long-term friendships and relationships with clients and our great Xela team members.

Through his 33-year tenure in telecom, Chris has seen that organizations that benefit the most from the services that Xela offers are multi-location, fast-growing organizations. Companies that have grown through acquisition often require assistance to inventory what services and contractual obligations they have inherited, eliminate unnecessary or redundant services, and standardize solutions.

“We find in so many organizations that we work with that they lack visibility into the network services they have in place, where they are, details such as circuit IDs, and their associated monthly costs. Xela provides clarity for them, validates the accuracy of charges, and enables informed decision-making. We also provide analysis, consultative guidance, and project support in the transformation to new state-of-the-art solutions to keep up with the constant evolution of technology in our dynamic network services industry”.

The attention Chris gives to his life outside Xela is just as attentive and focused as the consideration that he gives our clients.  When he isn’t solving for our client’s needs, his time is spent with family and his beautiful wife, Cindy (40 years married this year), and with their adult children and three little grandkids. His faith, Irish heritage, staying healthy, NY Yankees baseball, soccer, traveling, cooking, and enjoying fresh seafood are just a few of his interests.  Whether he and his wife are visiting their daughter in Hawaii or spending time visiting their family in the New Hampshire White Mountains, you can find him enjoying a wee bit of Guinness now and then.

Karleigh Kjellberg​
VP of Client Engagement​

Karleigh brings 14 years of experience to the role of Vice President of Client Engagement.  As the head of the Xela Sales Team, she uses her love of order, confirming next action steps and deadlines to keep her team focused.  The concept of going to any lengths for our clients comes from the top down at Xela, and Karleigh is no exception.  She is always ready to use and exhaust any resources to assist our clients.

She appreciates a great cup of coffee any time of the day and her greatest accomplishment is being a mom.

Chase Misiura​
Director of CMP Production​

As Xela’s Production Manager, Chase orchestrates the processing of an incredible amount of information, making the complex digestible and relevant for our clients.  He is driven to make all tasks easier and more efficient, which in the world of telecom and technology is no small task.  His strategic vision streamlines inefficiencies into automated processes to increase accuracy.

His education introduced him to program development and ignited a passion for automating tasks and making processes easier.

As the architect of Xela’s proprietary Carrier Management Program tool, Chase is paving the way for our clients to gain the information they need to make informed business decisions.

Outside of work, Chase spends his time with his wife and two children and plans to continue a family tradition of raising seeing eye dogs.

Jennifer Jeronimo
Director of Analytics

As Director of Analytics, Jennifer Jeronimo has been working with data since before Excel was a tool and data analysis was a job. In and around the telecom industry since 1996, she helps to clear up confusion and create visibility through data. Her attention to detail and ability to see “past the question to the need” has made her an invaluable member of the Xela team since 2017.

When asked to describe how she makes the most impact in her role – “No matter what job or role I was hired for, I always end up doing the same thing – sitting in the gap between systems and people, ensuring that information flowing back and forth is as accurate and useful as possible”.

While she loves her work and thrives to help clean up messy or incomplete data for her clients; her greatest accomplishment is the time that her and her husband have spent working with underprivileged youth, both in the foster care community and in local programs.

Mary Pollinger
Service Delivery Manager

Mary is passionate about leadership and service. There is nothing more rewarding to her than setting a goal and helping her team achieve it, especially when it comes to providing excellent service to our clients.  A member of the Xela team for the past nine years, the greatest proof of her success has been the expression of gratitude and the strong customer relationships she has developed over the years.

 In her role as Service Deliver Manager, Mary leads her team to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations by going far beyond the standard scope of work.  By being consistently proactive to anticipate client’s challenges and needs, Mary and her team come armed with solutions to our client’s service delivery obstacles.

 When not working for our clients, Mary can be found road-tripping, cooking, and spending time with her miniature dachshunds.

Joanne Tse
CMP Production Manager

Above all, Joanne Tse makes sure that our clients trust us and are happy with what Xela does and helps to “make things right” for them when the situation arises.  As CMP Production Manager

she is an unparalleled client advocate living in the world of carrier billing; she specializes in billing errors, disputes, on and offboarding accounts and customized reporting.  Joanne has expertise in data mining and informatics, and she brings 13 years of experience to our team to help your team.

Joanne’s passion for instilling trust extends to all corners of her life; strengthening relationships and allowing her to keep a healthy work-life balance – where she can make sure that her team, clients, and family are all happy.
